We are very fortunate to have Mrs. Bridget Knight teaching our Latin classes. Mrs. Knight and her students showed up and showed out! Nearly every student placed in an academic contest.

🖤💛National School Counselor Week Begins Monday! 💛🖤 This week we celebrate our School Counselors. This week, we proudly celebrate Mrs. Barnhill, Mrs. Hinton, Mr. Ireland, Mrs. Ruffin, and Mrs. Sargent! These awesome individuals go above and beyond every single day to advocate and support our students’ academic success, mental well-being, and future goals. They are some of the best! Check out the infographic below highlighting, specifically, how our counselors help the students at MHS. This is but a snapshot of ten impact they have here at MHS! We appreciate them everyday, and we celebrate them this week!

Good evening parents/guardians,

As part of the district's efforts to identify and provide services for students who qualify for McKinney-Vento/Homeless services, we are sending a second wave of Student Housing Questionnaire forms. Your student should bring home a green residency form today. Only one form per family needs to be completed. We would like to have all forms returned back to the student's 1st period teacher by February 6th.

Thank you for your continued support. Have a great evening and Go Panthers!

Good afternoon, Panthers!

If you’re planning to take the ACT, SAT, or CLT, we have an awesome opportunity just for you.

On Saturday, February 7, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, Milton High School will host an ACT/SAT/CLT Test Prep Saturday designed to help you feel confident and prepared on test day.

Students will rotate through focused sessions in English Language Arts, Math, Reading, and Science, and we’ll also help you create your online testing accounts, and just some general test-taking strategies, so nothing is left to chance.

And yes—FREE pizza will be served after the final session! 🍕

Space is limited, so make sure you sign up by Friday afternoon, February 6.

Don’t miss this chance to invest a few hours now for a stronger score later. We’ll see you on Saturday, February 7!

Good evening Panthers,

Thursday, January 29th, we are hosting a 9th & 10th grade parent meeting at 6:00 in the MHS Auditorium. This meeting is to touch base with parents as your students are about to register for classes next year. The Guidance department will be on hand to ensure you know how to check your student’s grades and credits to make sure they are on track. Counselors will be available to answer any questions you might have as your student is starting to look at post-secondary opportunities.

If you have any questions, please contact your student’s guidance counselor. Thank you for your continued support.

Congratulations, Jacey Hunt! After an extremely rigorous process that took several months and multiple state-wide auditions, this phenomenally talented Junior was selected to represent Milton High School in Florida's All-State Honor Choir at the FMEA Conference in Tampa this week. Well done, Jacey!

Parents & local business owners,
We are starting a new attendance incentive for Milton High School Seniors during their last semester. It is called the "Senior Social" and will take place right before they graduate. We are looking for donations to giveaway during the drawing portion of the event. Gift cards & certificates, tumblers, phone accessories, services, cash, etc...just think about items that an 18-year old would enjoy. Please see the attached flyer and contact Savannah Cole, Dean of Students, if you can assist us with donations in any way or if you have questions. Thanks so much!
