For the upcoming school year, our School Counselors have redistributed the alphabet to serve the students of MHS. Please see the attached flyer to see which counselor is now assigned to your student. We are here to serve every student and will help in everyway we can. If you have any questions, please reach out to your student's counselor or to Amanda Leddy, Assistant Principal of Guidance & Curriculum at leddya@santarosa.k12.fl.us.

We are excited to welcome Laura Austin back to Milton High School. Ms. Austin taught at MHS for 19 years before taking on other responsibilities within the district. At Milton High she has been an English teacher, a Cheer Coach, class sponsor, SGA advisor, and an Assistant Principal. She will be rejoining our English department and will be taking over the Student Government Association. We are so excited to have her back with her Panther Family. Welcome Home!!!

Parents/Guardians,, As grades become finalized, counselors are working on summer letters for course recovery and summer ELA & Alg EOC boot camps & test opportunities. Unfortunately, these letters won't be available before school ends and grades are finalized. If you want to go ahead and sign your student up for any of these opportunities, please complete the registration form and return it to guidance. We will have copies of the registration form available in guidance if they want to pick up a registration form before school gets out. Below you will see dates for Course Recovery, Summer Boot camps and dates of retesting. _____1. H.S. Edgenuity Credit Recovery for all students – June 8-July 16 8:30- 12:30 M-TH (Labs closed June 29-July 3) *A student may not require all of the scheduled days to complete their course recovery. _____2. H.S. Algebra/CLT Boot Camp – July 6-13 5 days 8:30- 12:30 M-TH *Algebra Re-take Test – July 14 (anyone needing to meet grad. req’t) _____3. H.S. ELA FAST Boot Camp – July 6-13 5 days 8:30- 12:30 M-TH *ELA FAST Re-Take Test – July 15 (10th, 11th, & 12th grade) _____4. All other EOC’s make-ups (Geometry, US History, Biology) – July 16 _____5. City of Milton Announces 2026 Summer Youth Internship Program

ATTENTION ALL 9TH & 10TH GRADERS: We are hosting an Afterschool English Language Arts Boot Camp on Wednesday, April 29 and Wednesday, May 6 from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm. Come get prepped for your Progress Monitoring 3 Exams on May 11th (9th Grade) and May 12th (10th Grade). Meet in the Media Center at 3:30 pm. Free Pizza and Drinks will be served afterwards. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Collins or Mrs. Chomos in the English Hallway!. We hope to see you there!
