ATTENTION ALL 9TH & 10TH GRADERS: We are hosting an Afterschool English Language Arts Boot Camp on Wednesday, April 29 and Wednesday, May 6 from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm. Come get prepped for your Progress Monitoring 3 Exams on May 11th (9th Grade) and May 12th (10th Grade). Meet in the Media Center at 3:30 pm. Free Pizza and Drinks will be served afterwards. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Collins or Mrs. Chomos in the English Hallway!. We hope to see you there!
Staff vs. Students Charity Basketball Game this Monday, April 27th at the MHS gymnasium! Door opens at 6:00pm, tip off at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5, cash and card accepted at the door. All proceeds benefit the Santa Rosa Kid’s House. Concessions will be available and Powderpuff cheer will be featured during halftime. Come out and support your favorite players while helping raise money for child abuse prevention! 🏀
Reminder:
SGA applications for the 2026-2027 school year are due Monday, April 27th at 3:30pm. Applications can be printed from the MHS website if students didn’t pick one up while on campus.

Mrs. Barnhill is leading a trip to Italy and Greece in June of 2028! This trip is open to students 6 and up as well as adults. There is an informational meeting on April 30th at 6pm in the Milton High School Library. We are just one month away from celebrating our Milton High School Seniors who met our attendance incentive during their last semester. Our "Senior Social" and will take place on Friday, May 15. We are looking for donations to giveaway during the drawing portion of the event. Gift cards & certificates, tumblers, phone accessories, services, cash, etc...just think about items that an 18-year old would enjoy.

Friday was a great day for Math at Milton High School. We are very grateful for all the schools that came out to participate. Congratulations to all the teams!
A look at the week ahead
This past weekend our Boys Weightlifting Team competed in our district meet. We came away with 3rd place in the Olympic category (snatch +clean and jerk) and the district runner-up in the Traditional category ( clean and jerk + bench). We lift April 25th in our regional meet.

This special session will take place during 6th period on Thursday, April 16, from 2:30–3:25 PM. It is a great opportunity to walk around the job fair with a limited crowd and talk with businesses and representatives about the jobs and careers available in our area.
You do not have to be currently looking for a job to attend. If you are interested in learning more about career opportunities, educational requirements, training options, and what is available locally, this event is for you.
Please register at the link below by 3:40 PM today. That will give me enough time to clear your absence with your 6th period teacher.
