Dear MHS Parents/Guardians and Faculty,
At Milton High School, we believe strong schools are built through open communication and shared goals. We’re sharing two important documents that guide our work and reflect our progress:
1. 2025–2026 School Improvement Plan (SIP)
Review our priorities, goals, and strategies for the coming year:

2. School Public Accountability Report (SPAR)
This is our official “school report card” for last school year from the Florida Department of Education:

We value your input. After reviewing the SIP, please share any feedback or questions.

Milton High School lost a true legend today – Coach Hurley Manning.
Coach Manning served as the head football coach of Milton High School for 21 years, from 1968 through 1988. During his tenure, he led the Panthers to the state runner-up title in 1972 and to back-to-back state championships in 1978 and 1979.
For more than two decades, he poured his heart into Milton football and has been a cornerstone of our community for most of his life.
In honor of his memory, Manning Field will be lit throughout this day. On our crest is the phrase “Sit Lux"- which means "Let your light shine.” Coach Manning truly lived by those words, and his light will continue to shine through the countless lives he influenced.
Coach Manning, thank you for the memories, the victories, and the lasting legacy you leave behind. You will be greatly missed.
